Quick Troubleshooting

CarPlay or Android Auto does not connect

Make sure both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are on. Forget the old Bluetooth pairing, restart the phone and display, then pair again.

There is no sound from the vehicle speakers

Confirm the selected audio method. For FM, the screen and radio must use the same unused frequency. For AUX, check the cable. For Bluetooth, confirm the correct vehicle audio source.

The rear camera image does not appear

Check AV IN, camera power and the reversing-light trigger connection. Test whether the camera receives power when reverse is engaged.

AirPlay or Android mirroring disconnects

Keep the phone close to the display, reconnect to the screen's Wi-Fi, and disable competing hotspot/cast connections.
